Membership (1)

1.1. Your GAMOW membership will continue and ‘will not automatically’ renew. To use the GAMOW service you must have internet access and a GAMOW ready device and provide us with the same email and same Payment Method each time you make purchases to limit confusion and misunderstandings.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age.

2.2. GAMOW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE INFORMATION ON ITS WEBSITE IS INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED. No refund will be provided if you lose access.

Relationship With Shopify (5)

5.1. GAMOW uses Shopify to run its online store, but all purchases you make are directly between you and GAMOW (not shopify). Shopify isn’t responsible for any losses, damages, or problems with your transactions with GAMOW. By using GAMOW’s services, you agree to release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.

6.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use follow the laws of California, USA. However, you still keep any consumer protection rights granted by your home state’s laws.
